Lawful reason for managing personal data
The lawful basis for processing your personal data is your consent
given by this administrator within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. (a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”).
Purpose of processing personal data
The purpose of processing your personal data is to send tax
receipts for system rentals, business announcements and other
marketing activities by the administrator towards you.
There is no automatic individual
decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 Regulations.
Period of storage of personal data
The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is 3 years,
however, at the latest until your consent to the processing of your personal data (for this processing purpose) is withdrawn.
Subject’s rights in the processing of personal data
Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller
access to your personal data, the right to rectification or deletion of your
personal data, or to restrict their processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data at any time
data given to the administrator. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing
your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. Your consent to

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been

The Provider (Madviso s.r.o.) is the processor in relation to the personal data of the Users’ clients, i.e. the Users’ eshoppers, according to
Art. 28 GDPR. The user (the operator of the e-shop) is the controller of this data.
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations in processing
personal data to which the Provider has gained access in the performance of
the contract concluded with the User in the form of general
terms and conditions at www.midasto.sk
Scope and processing of personal data
The Provider undertakes to process personal data for the User within the scope of
and for the purposes set out in this Article of these Terms in
Processing contract.
The Provider undertakes to process the personal data of the clients for the User
User.
The Provider undertakes to process the personal data collected for the Users in
the scope of routine personal data.
The provider will, in the context of automated processing, personal data
store in a database stored on the Provider’s hardware, protect,
secure, back up, collect and dispose of.
The Provider shall create such software tools to facilitate the User’s
fulfilling requests from the User’s clients to exercise the rights of data subjects
set out in the GDPR, in particular the right to erasure, the right to information and
portability of information.
Personal data are stored only on the Provider’s hardware, its own
servers or its cooperating partners. All personal data are
stored only in the territory of the European Union.
The Provider undertakes to process personal data for the User for the purposes of
providing e-shop solutions www.midasto.sk .
The Provider will not use the processed personal data of the User’s clients for its own use and for purposes other than the performance of the contract.
The Provider undertakes to process the personal data collected for the Users
for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the following 10 years after termination
contractual relationship.
Privacy Policy
The Provider undertakes to provide technical and organisational protection and
backing up stored personal data so that it cannot be
unauthorised access to or loss of such personal data. The technical and organisational measures taken are commensurate with the level of risk.
The Provider declares that the protection of personal data is subject to internal
the Provider’s security regulations. Which determine that to personal
the data will be accessible only by authorised persons of the Provider and
cooperating companies according to the previous articles of these conditions and are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and the implemented security measures
Upon termination of the provision of performance, the Provider is obliged to all personal

Final provision

The User undertakes, without undue delay, to report any information known to it that could adversely affect the proper and timely performance of its obligations under these
conditions.
The user agrees to these terms and conditions by ticking the consent box via the online forms on the pages and subpages of www.midasto.sk. Other relationships not expressly covered by these terms and conditions are governed by the GDPR and the law of the Slovak Republic as amended. These terms and conditions shall enter into force on 23. April 2018.
